Royal Ulster Academy of Arts 145th Annual Exhibition
Terms and Conditions of Sale
These terms apply to artworks purchased from the RUA 145th Annual Exhibition at the Ulster Museum, running from 18 October 2026 to 3 January 2027.
Payment
All artworks must be paid for in full at the time of purchase.
The RUA does not accept deposits or part-payments to reserve or secure a work.
Payment can be made by debit or credit card, bank transfer or cheque. A work will only be regarded as sold once full payment has been received.
Collection of Purchased Work
Purchased artworks remain on display at the Ulster Museum until the exhibition closes.
Works may be collected from the Ulster Museum on:
Monday 4 January 2027, between 10am and 5pm.
Works will not normally be released before the end of the exhibition.
If a buyer is unable to collect on 4 January, alternative arrangements can be made with the RUA.
Subsequent collection will be by appointment from:

Editioned Works
Where a work forms part of an edition and additional copies are available, it may be possible for the artist to supply another copy before the exhibition closes.
This will depend on the availability of the edition and on the artist being able to supply the additional work.
Where this is possible, the RUA will confirm arrangements with the buyer.
Delivery
Delivery can be arranged through the RUA's recommended courier, Tom Caldwell Installations.

Delivery and courier costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping Outside Ireland
Shipping can also be arranged for buyers outside Ireland.

Packing, shipping and associated costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
Copyright
Purchase of an artwork does not include copyright or reproduction rights. Copyright remains with the artist unless otherwise agreed.
