Please note: Places on this masterclass are strictly limited to 10 participants to ensure a high-quality, personalised experience.

Payment & Booking

Your place is confirmed once full payment has been received. Bookings are taken on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellations & Refunds

As this workshop is a leisure activity taking place on a specific date, it is exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

For that reason, all bookings are non-refundable. Please ensure you can attend before completing your booking.

If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your place to another person. Please notify us by email if you wish to do this, so we can update our records.

Event Cancellation

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or postpone the workshop (for example, due to illness or insufficient enrolment), you will be offered either:

• A full refund, or

• The option to transfer to a future date, if available.

We cannot accept responsibility for any travel or accommodation costs incurred.
