"In the City"
I have always been fascinated by the concept of time, the fleeting moment, and how it influences our lives and ultimately determines our fate as humans. In this piece, I show a group of people in Rosemary Street in the centre of Belfast.  I observed each person individually over a period of time, watching them closely, and then brought them together so that their lives could interact in the mind of the viewer. The ghost of Henry Joy McCracken in the foreground stretches time backwards to the Belfast Assembly Rooms in the background, a very significant building in his fate and determination.
"The Tiger and the Butterfly"
I like the idea that everything in the universe is connected in an intricate network.
The tiger and the butterfly are two of the many endangered species, the loss of which would seriously impact life as we know it. Measures are being taken through global initiatives to protect the natural world. In this piece, I ask the question. Are they enough?
